Following the departure of other supporting medical teams, she joined 20 experts to establish a “top expert team” dedicated to consulting and treating critically ill patients, remaining in Wuhan until all patients were discharged. After that, the domestic epidemic emerged in multiple locations across the country. As a national-level expert, Jiang Li was assigned by the National Health Commission to assist various cities in fighting against these epidemic situations for a total of 253 days, receiving widespread acclaim from the Medical Rescue Team of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and hospitals in different regions. For her exemplary contributions, Jiang received numerous honors, including recognition as a National Leading Individual in Fighting against COVID-19, a National Leading Individual in Prevention and Control of COVID-19 in the Health System and the Medal of March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetters of Beijing.
