Beijing Women's Federation

Lu Ping is Party Secretary and Director of Government Affairs at Beijing SF Express Co., Ltd. She promotes the development of women’s work through Party-building, strengthening the organizational foundation by building a comprehensive network.

She pioneered a three-tier organizational structure consisting of an industry women workers’ committee, enterprise women’s committees, and joint women’s groups across operational areas. This model has helped transform the work of Women’s Federation organizations and women’s initiatives from scattered coverage to a systematic and coordinated framework. In November 2022, the Women’s Federation of Beijing SF Express was officially established, with Lu Ping serving as Director of the Women’s Committee. She incorporated women's development initiatives into the Party-building work agenda and the company’s overall development strategy, ensuring that Party-building and women’s work advance in tandem and reinforce one another.
