Ren Hongyan is Vice President and Secretary-General of the Beijing Zhicheng Social Organizations Mutual Support Development Promotion Association and Vice President of the Beijing Yihe Institute for Primary-Level Party Building and Community Governance Development. As a dedicated practitioner in the field of grassroots governance, she combines professional expertise with a strong sense of mission to help communities gain new vitality.

Ren Hongyan has consistently regarded Party-building leadership as the “master key” to effective community governance. She has explored a new model that integrates Party-building with the development of social organizations and combines trade union development with organizational management. She has also helped establish the branded program “Party-Building Leadership, Five-Sector Collaboration, and Care for the Elderly and Children,” ensuring that the Party’s care and support are delivered to thousands of households through community services.
