As the head of Tong Ren Tang Zhima Health No. 000 Store, Han Lu demonstrates exceptional professional expertise and a strong capacity for innovation. Leading her team with a results-oriented approach, she has pioneered a diversified health service ecosystem through the “front store–back factory” model. Focusing on the transformation and upgrading of the health industry, she has continuously advanced product research and development and cultivated talents for the new retail. By creating immersive traditional Chinese medicine experiences and integrating culture, commerce, and tourism, she has revitalized traditional business models and driven high-quality development. The Zhima Health No. 000 Store has hosted numerous major foreign affairs events in Beijing and has become a key platform for international exchange and engagement in traditional Chinese medicine culture.

Han Lu has also taken on critical support roles for major national events. Leading her team, she completed the development of beverage supplies for the audience service package for the parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. Delivering with “zero errors and zero defects,” her team successfully fulfilled this mission, achieving a seamless integration of traditional Chinese medicine innovation with the presentation of China’s national image, and allowing Chinese medical culture to shine in this significant event of the new era.
