Qingele Jirigele is chief scientist and a professor-level senior engineer at the Shougang Research Institute of Technology, and is committed to the research and development of steel furnace charge preparation and low-carbon and green technology. Over the decades, she has won such awards and honors as the National Model Worker, the National March 8th Red-banner Holder, and the National Model Worker in the Steel Industry. In addition, she has obtained three first prizes in the science and technology award in metallurgy and one outstanding Chinese patent award.
