Themed "Stay true to original aspiration, keep mission firmly in mind", women's federations and judicial offices (bureaus) of Beijing, Tianjin and North China's Hebei Province co-organized an art show for legal publicity on November 24 in Beijing.

Some 3,000 women participated in the preparatory work, popularized legal knowledge and helped foster the public's legal concept, create a sound atmosphere ruled by law and serve the overall development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

After layers of selections, some 11 programs were chosen for the art show, which covered common legal issues including women's fair employment, domestic violence, neighborhood disputes and family conflicts.

The event not only served as a vigorous measure for the implementation of the Seventh Five-Year Plan for Law Popularization (2016-2020), but was also an active move to gather women's power in promoting the coordinate development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

In the future, women's federations in the three regions will continue to carry out legal publicity activities, mobilize the masses to participate in legal construction, apply the rule of law in both thinking and action, better serve women and put the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress into reality.

Leaders from the Department for Women's Rights and Interests of the All-China Women's Federation, Beijing Legal Popularization Office and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice attended the gathering.
