Since its launch on January 21 by the Beijing Women’s Federation (BWF), the Beijing Women and Children Service Platform (http://www.bjwomen.gov.cn/flfnzj) has received significant public attention. Initiatives such as the Warm Beijing, Warm You series and the Most Beautiful Families in the Capital exhibition have gained widespread popularity, and the platform has seen a steady increase in page visits, inquiries, and interactions, providing a more efficient and direct channel to better serve women, children, and families in Beijing.

The platform integrates functions such as information dissemination, online services, and interactive engagement. By combining digital solutions with on-the-ground services, it effectively connects the needs of women, children, and families in Beijing. Users can access digital spaces—including Women’s Home, Children’s Home, Family Base, and the Rights Protection Center—with a single click, ensuring that BWF’s services remain accessible and within reach.

Featuring ten major service sectors and four key service areas, the platform offers a comprehensive overview of key projects promoted by the BWF system. Its service map enables one-click navigation to various service bases, while also supporting searches for exemplary models and services, enhancing online consultation and communication.

Ahead of the Spring Festival, the BWF, in collaboration with relevant municipal departments and industries, consolidated resources and service listings to launch the Beijing Warm “New” Code. This initiative encompasses four key sections: Warm “New” Map, Warm “New” Platform, Warm “New” Services, and Warm “New” News. Designed to provide thoughtful services for women in the three new fields, the services ensure that women’s federations remain women’s first point of contact in times of need—accessible, reliable, and as welcoming as a family.
