Beijing Women's Federation

On March 6, ahead of International Women’s Day, the Beijing Women’s Federation (BWF) held a symposium with its specially invited representatives from Macao to exchange ideas on implementing the guiding principles adopted at the second session of the BWF’s 15th Executive Committee and celebrated International Women’s Day together.

At the symposium, members shared the guiding principles of the Executive Committee and reviewed the BWF’s work report. They engaged in extensive discussions on the priorities outlined in the report and shared ideas on how to further leverage the advantages of the BWF to promote women’s exchanges in key areas of cooperation between Beijing and Macao, such as economy and trade, finance, science and technology, and talent cultivation. The goal is to help more women integrate into China’s national development agenda, strengthen friendships between women's groups in Beijing and Macao, and promote Beijing’s high-quality development.
