Beijing Women's Federation

On April 24, the Beijing Women's Federation convened an on-site meeting on women's housekeeping services in Fangshan District. The meeting was attended by deputy chairpersons and heads of the Department for Women’s Development of the Women's Federations from all 16 districts.  

Participants began by visiting Aibaobei (Beijing) Domestic Service Co., Ltd. in Fangshan District, where they learned about the company’s practices in maternal and infant care, childcare, and related services. Following this, they toured the Jinri Dongfang Training Base located in the Fangshan District Women and Children's Center. This training facility, established by the Fangshan District Women's Federation, utilizes the center’s facilities and resources to offer comprehensive training services in areas such as home organization, hotel management, elderly care, infant care, and employment guidance. Under the theme "Women Demonstrate Their Excellence, Housekeeping Paves the Way for Dreams", the base offers public training programs, integrating domestic services into local communities. Representatives from Fangshan, Chaoyang, and Huairou Districts shared their experiences in promoting women's housekeeping services. Li Jinhua, head of Fangshan’s Jinri Dongfang Domestic Service Co., Ltd., reflected on her extensive experience in the industry. The Department for Women’s Development of the Beijing Women's Federation also outlined plans for further improving women’s housekeeping services.  

In closing, Tan Hong, Vice President of the Beijing Women's Federation, shared updates on the recent "Spring Breeze" campaign. She stressed the importance of raising awareness about the significance of promoting women’s housekeeping services, effectively applied the insights gained from the visits and discussions, and enhanced publicity efforts to create a supportive environment for the high-quality development of women's housekeeping services in Beijing.
