2025 Training Programs for District Women’s Federation Leaders and Young Municipal Cadres Have Successfully Concluded
Date:2025-7-18 15:02:03 Views:To further enhance the capabilities of district Women’s Federation leaders and strengthen the education and training of young cadres within the Women’s Federation system, two training programs took place from July 9 to 11. These included the 2025 Advanced Training Program for District Women’s Federation Leaders and the Training Program for Young Cadres within the Beijing Municipal Women’s Federation System. Over 90 participants attended, including presidents and vice-presidents from the Women’s Federations of 16 districts, leaders of affiliated women’s organizations at the municipal level, and cadres under the age of 40 from various Women’s Federation agencies and institutions at both the municipal and district levels. Zhang Yajun, Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group and President of Beijing Women’s Federation, delivered the opening address during the third session of its 15th executive committee, while Zhao Hongwei, Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Vice-President of the BWF, attended and addressed the closing ceremonies of both training programs.
Highlighting the importance of political orientation, the advanced training program featured lectures by Jiang Xiuhua, a researcher at the Women’s Studies Institute of China, and Li Hongwei, a professor at the College of Marxism Education of the Capital Normal University, focusing on women’s theory and improving Party conduct. Additionally, five members of the Municipal Women’s Federation leadership delivered specialized lectures on their respective fields of responsibility. Li Wen, an associate researcher at the Women’s Studies Institute of China, conducted a case-based session on the “dual coverage” of Women’s Federation organizations in the “Three New” sectors. Furthermore, five trainee representatives shared their insights during an exchange session.
Adopting a “dual-program collaboration, pragmatic and efficient” model, the concurrently held Training Program for Young Cadres emphasized innovative thinking and broadening perspectives through a variety of training formats. In addition to participating jointly in two theoretical sessions, the program featured expert lectures from Liu Lifeng, a researcher at Creative Communication Management Research Centre of Peking University, who spoke on internet-driven thinking, and Li Dongni, Vice Dean and Professor at the School of Computer Science and Technology of Beijing Institute of Technology, who discussed artificial intelligence technologies. The program also featured team-building activities, on-site learning at JD.com’s sorting center and Huaxin Resources, along with group discussions and trainee forums, empowering young cadres through diverse learning experiences that emphasized participation and interaction.

Both training programs offered comprehensive course designs, flexible and diverse teaching methods, and a vibrant learning environment that encouraged in-depth discussions. The trainees collectively agreed that the intensive learning reinforced their theoretical foundations, broadened their perspectives, and ignited their innovative drive. They committed to applying what they had learned by taking proactive work initiatives, infusing their work with renewed enthusiasm and motivation, and translating their learning into concrete actions to support women’s and children’s causes and Women’s Federation work, striving to tackle all tasks with high morale and dedication.
