At the Beijing Light Science and Technology Museum, the delegation explored the world of light and shadow, interactively experiencing diverse light installations. They learned about light technology solutions and case studies, witnessing firsthand how modern light-shadow technologies blend with artistic expressions.
At the Temple of Heaven, the delegation admired the exquisite craftsmanship of the ancient Chinese architecture. They received detailed explanations of the mortise-and-tenon structure in the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, which showcases the exceptional ingenuity of ancient artisans. Many sisters visiting Beijing for the first time expressed their profound appreciation for Beijing’s millennia-old cultural heritage and gained a deeper understanding of traditional Chinese culture.
At Goldwind, the delegation learned about the core business and development model of this leading enterprise in the clean energy sector. They visited key segments, including technological R&D, ecological deployment, wind turbine design, and control systems, witnessing the company’s proactive efforts in sustainable development, zero-carbon energy, and green economy. The visit also highlighted the company’s sports and recreational facilities open to both employees and the public, as well as family-friendly services such as parent-child activities, which is a vivid demonstration of Goldwind’s commitment to integrating green technology with well-being.
At Xiushui Street, the delegation experienced firsthand the integrated development of Beijing’s commercial culture and fashion trends. They appreciated “Guochao” (China-Chic) designs that combine traditional embroidery and other Beijing-style crafts with modern aesthetics, while observing the industrial upgrades and commercial trends driven by cultural heritage and innovation.
The delegation members highly appreciated Beijing’s recent achievements in the digital economy, green technology, and cultural and creative industries.
