Zhou Zhijun, female, Han ethnicity, was born in April 1971 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1992. She holds a Doctor of Engineering degree. Zhou is currently Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the Beijing Women's Federation. She formerly served as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Beijing Film Academy.
