The Beijing Women's Federation (BWF) holds a meeting to review the work of secretaries of grassroots Party branches.
The Beijing Women's Federation (BWF) held a meeting to review the work of secretaries of its grassroots Party branches on February 21. Zhang Yajun, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of BWF, presided over the meeting. Forty people, including members of BWF's leading group for Party building work and members of committee for Party affairs of departments under BWF, secretaries of Party branches, and representatives of Party members, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, 14 Party branch secretaries, focusing on their responsibilities for grassroots Party building work, gave a comprehensive review of their work, summarized their experience and deficiencies, and made plans for future work. Zhang made comments and put forward suggestions to each of them. Other Party branch secretaries submitted written reports. Participants of the meeting graded the work of all Party secretaries.
The annual review of grassroots Party secretaries is an important part of Party building work. It is an effective means to fulfill Party building responsibilities, and also a platform for Party secretaries to learn from each other, which plays an important role in promoting the quality development of Party building. Next, BWF will continue to adhere to the political construction of the Party as the leader, conscientiously implement the responsibility system of Party building work, grasp the details of its tasks, and improve the quality and level of Party building to provide a strong organizational guarantee for promoting the development of women's causes in the capital.
