BWF Holds Brand-building Training Session for Grass-roots Women's Federations
Date:2023-5-17 16:43:06 Views:The Department for Grass-roots Organization Construction of the Beijing Women's Federation (BWF) has launched a special action on helping women's federations at the grass-roots level with brand building. The objective was to further study and implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and carry out the education campaign on the study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and make full use of the roles of women's federations in bridging women with the Party.
On May 15, BWF convened a training session to help district-level women's federations raise their brand-building awareness, learn the progress of relevant work and impart brand-building methods to them. The training event drew the attendance of officials from district-level women's federations in charge of organization work along with some experts.

The BWF has listed the brand-building work for grass-roots women's federations as one of main tasks in the midst of deepening organizational building at the grass-roots level in 2023 in accordance with the requirements made by the All-China Women's Federation on the reform and development of women's federations.
During the implementation of the brand-building work, which aims to help them become more advanced, better represent the people and play their role as bridges linking the Party with the people, BWF led district-level women's federations to create a set of well-designed, reliable and applicable brands in the promotion of their work.
The work, which will be held from May to November, comprises three separate stages — application, implementation and achievement exhibition. Fine practices and measures will be collected to further guide grass-roots women's federations in improving and standardizing their organizational building and to better serve women from all social sectors.
