Women's Social-Work Talent Training Camp Held in Beijing
Date:2024-11-25 14:47:52 Views:To fulfill the new responsibilities assigned to women's federations by the 13th National Women's Congress of China and the 15th Beijing Municipal Women's Congress, as well as to strengthen grassroots social-work talent teams, Beijing Women's Federation conducted the "Women's Social-Work Talent Capacity Building" training camp from October to November 2024.
This training camp included four modules, covering macro policy briefings, leadership training and team building guidance, professional capacity building and new technology applications, and talent pool development. These modules formed a comprehensive training system that closely integrates theory with practice, providing participants with an all-encompassing learning experience. Eighty participants, including women's federation cadres from 16 districts, full-time social workers from grassroots women's federation, representatives from new types of economic and social organizations, groups in new forms of employment, and women's social organizations, and women community leaders, engaged in the learning activities.
Participants expressed the training camp enhanced their professional identity and sense of mission, strengthened their confidence in performing women's social work, and improved their observational and problem-solving skills through professional skills training. They will apply the knowledge gained from the training camp to practical work, further leveraging the advantages of social organizations to provide high-quality services for women and children, and contribute to the field of social work.
