2013 Beijing Foreign Language Festival Serial Activities Held by Beijing Women’s Federation Rounded off

On opening ceremony, performers’ fluent spoken English and lively interactive performance in English children play Snow White, English children song Denny Boy, diabolo performance Art of Rotation and other programs selected by Beijing Women’s Federation not only touched many audience, but also showed the great effort Beijing women and families had made to facilitate the construction of foreign language environment in Beijing.
Parallel activities of the festival were also held successfully in Juvenile & Children Reading Experience Wonderland by Beijing Women’s Federation. Relying on abundant book resources of Beijing, the activity opened up foreign book showcase to display excellent original publications from different countries, and showed the charm of foreign languages to children and families through video introduction, picture-book plays and games during reading and other forms, which attracted many families.
