Beijing Women’s Federation Holding Special Job Fair for Female College Students
Experts Providing Field Consultation for Female College Students
On March 7th, with the approaching of International Women’s Day, Beijing Women’s Federation together with Beijing Municipal Education Commission presented female college students with a special festival gift – 2014 Special Job Fair for Female College Students Held in Beijing. The venue of the job fair was filled with female college students who came to apply for a job. The job fair attracted 83 enterprises and nearly 2,300 female college students.
To improve the pertinence of the recruitment and post match degree, the organizer screened over 200 employers enrolled carefully. At last 83 more attractive employers were picked out, providing over 2,000 posts meeting characteristics and needs of female college students.
From February to May every year, it is very critical for the employment of college graduates. Beijing Women’s Federation holds special job fair for female college students every year through cooperating with relevant departments to help female college students find a job and provide more employment opportunities. This is the tenth job fair for female college students since the first one held in 2005. It is reported that Beijing Career Guidance Center for College Graduates will hold over 40 special double-selection job fairs for graduates from February to May, 2014.
On the field of double-selection job fairs, career guidance experts from colleges and HR experts from employers will actively provide free legal rights protection, psychological consultation, career planning guidance and other employment service for graduates.
