I am sorry……” This is a stage play prepared played by staff of IBM, which is reappearance of life scene of many working women, reflecting their inner tangle and moving audiences to tears.
In the afternoon on Mar. 14, under support from the liaison department under Beijing Women's Federation, Beijing Women’s International Center and the diversified team of IBM China worked together to hold a working women exchange activity on the topic of “Paying it forward”. In the activity, Laurie Tropiano, general manager of global information technology service department under IMB China, Wang Tianyi, the caring ambassador of female staff of IBM China, and Guan Tiangang, the chief engineer of Beijing Energy Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and the representative of the Eleventh National Congress of Chinese Women and other female executives from famous enterprises at home and abroad shared their perception during career development process, and expressed their persistence for career, passion for life, and appreciation for families and friends, which made participants feel the love and energy to be transferred to working women.
The representative of Chinese Conservatory of Music branch of Female Professor Association in the Capital, the representative of Beijing Family Construction Promotion Association, the parent-child reading experts, the psychological mentor and other outstanding women of various circles in Beijing, by playing Chinese classic folk music, tutoring family relationships, and exhibiting picture book reading skills and beautiful career image charm, provided each female participant with method and guidance for prompting career development, family construction and self improvement, to make everyone enjoy an unforgettable sweet time with moving and laughing.
