With the coming of globalized big data age, relevant issues arise, regarding how to find chance in data induced social change, and how to accept new science and technology and develop ourselves with more positive attitude. With such issues, in the afternoon on Mar. 30, working women representatives from Haidian District of CPPCC, Jiusan Society, Tsinghua University, Peking University, National Nuclear Company, China Mobile and IBM etc. gathered in Social Service Center for Women and Children of Beijing to participate in Big Data Age and Women’s Wisdom Space Development topic reading salon where they want to find a way to develop and improve themselves in life and work, through expert’s guidance and inspiration and discussion with each other.
Dr. Xu Jihua, author of Smart Government: Coming of the Age of Big Data Governing the Country, was invited to participate in this salon.
