         In the afternoon on Jun. 24, Beijing Women’s Federation cordially received French Women’s Organization Joint Delegation headed by Ms. Christina Bernabo, the chairman of the “Love and Harmony” organization of France in Zhongguancun Science Park. The organization aims at protection of children’s right, water resource and intangible cultural heritage, and promotion of women’s engagement into environment protection. The six organizations combining into one delegation visited China to further learn about Chinese women and their work status, and to communicate with others on women’s and children’s health, women entrepreneurship, employment and training, gender equality in employment, women and enterprise innovation etc.
         Yu Xinli, the president of Beijing Heyuan Muze Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd, awarded as “Beijing Woman Pace-Setter”, introduced a series of information-based products and equipment of the company to de delegation. The delegation experienced “Smart” health management information service for personnel and families, and showed respect to great efforts of Chinese government on medical treatment and public health, spoke highly of the patient-oriented medical information construction, the “National Health” service concept of “People First” and “Wisdom Medical”, and showed great interest and support on introducing the facilities into European market.

         In subsequent forum, Yu Xinli said that as a female entrepreneur, she has got much support from Beijing Women’s Federation both in enterprise development and public welfare, and thus achieved great improvement. Members of the delegation also made brief introduction on the nature and mission of their organization. The six organizations are nationally representative organizations having huge influence in France and owning considerable amount of resources regarding economics, society, environment, training and etc. Both parties joined heated exchange and discussion on population aging trend, community health care construction, gender equality in employment and enterprise philanthropy.
         Ms. Bernabo said that Chinese women’s organizations possess very sound network, and have made considerable achievements on the work for women and children; this year is the 50th anniversary of establishment of relationship between China and France, she wish to enhance friendship between both sides, and lay solid foundation for cooperation on economy and trade, education and public interest etc., through this visit. In addition, Ms. Bernabo wishes to work as a bridge for developing friendly and cooperative relation between Chinese and French women’s organizations, and to actively develop new channels for contact and communication of women in the two countries.
         Responsible person of International Women Exchange Center of Beijing said that this vist in the 50th anniversary of establishment of relationship between China and France plays has important significance.
