On the afternoon of March 17, Beijing Women's International Center cooperated with International Business Machines Corporation (IBM)Greater China Groupwho cares about female initiationagain, and jointly held 2015 Female Initiation Themed Innovative Activity of caring professional women activities. More than two hundred female representatives in all walks of life both at home and abroad were invited to attended the activity.

In the dialogue sharing session, Wang Tianyi – Vice President of IBM Greater China Group and Women Caring Ambassador, Xu Yuncheng - Director of Strategy Departmentof IBM Greater China Group, Anita Sabatino- Executive Chairman of Chinese Bank Business Department of IBM Global Financial Services, and other representatives of female executives,discussed the challenges and opportunities facing the professional women with change of times, shared their understanding about growth & innovation in their career development, and carefully answered all kinds of problems raised by the audience around work & life in combination with their own working experiences. In addition, Bi Shumin, a famous female writer and psychologist in today's literary world, made a soul speech titled "Change".

Zhou Zhijun, Vice Chairwoman of Beijing Women's Federation delivered a keynote speech. D.C.Chien, special guest of the Activity and CEO of IBM Greater China Group,emphasized the important status of female employees in IBMin his speech, and said that IBM was willing to take more social responsibilities.

The activity was also designed with rich contentssuch as psychological interaction, emotional drama show, science and technology innovative experience, etc., and each individual participant enjoyed an unforgettable time when they wereinspired and experiencedthe change.
