Guests are exchanging entrepreneurial ideas and wisdoms

On the afternoon of March 24, 2014, Beijing Women's International Center and IBM Smartcamp jointly held the 2015 Female Entrepreneurs' International Exchange Activity, with the theme of "The Charm of Innovation", and hundreds of excellent women from home and abroad including female entrepreneurs, corporate executives, business incubation agencies, investors, etc., were invited to share entrepreneurial ideas and wisdoms, as well as experience and understandings of taking diversified social roles in various forms such as keynote speech, roundtable dialogue, etc.

As a special guest, Zhou Zhijun, Vice Chairwoman of Beijing Women's Federation, made a speech. Representatives of successful female entrepreneurs including Yu Lixin - National Three Eight Red-banner Pacesetter and Chairman of Beijing Heyuanmuze Technology Development Co., Ltd., Cheng Jing - Beijing Three Eight Red-banner Pacesetter and President of Beijing Newmine Tengfei Technology Co., Ltd., etc. made keynote speeches, to share their entrepreneurial experiences from years of continuous learning and innovation in the scientific field, as well as the challenges and opportunities.

In the roundtable dialogue, several female entrepreneurs adhering to their entrepreneurial dreams in such industries as APP software applications, women exchange community, education & training, etc. also shared their entrepreneurial ideas and brand stories, and had in-depth exchanges and discussions together with investors, executives of entrepreneur service agencies, executives of transnational enterprises and other female representatives around topics such as advantages and disadvantages of female entrepreneurship in the information society environment, organization management/team construction of female entrepreneurial enterprise, etc.
