On the afternoon of March 25, 2015, hundreds of people including female entrepreneurs, representatives of multinational enterprises, representatives of business incubation agencies, media reporters, etc. from all industries in Beijing gathered in the Zhongguancun Venture Street to participate in Phase III of "The Beauty of Entrepreneurship - Female Entrepreneurship Salon Series Activities"

The Salon was directed by Beijing Women's Federation, and jointly held by Beijing Women's International Center and business incubator Binggo Cafe regularly every month. The activity specially invited Li Jing, a famous hostess and Founder of Fleet Entertainment Group as guest speaker. In the activity, she described her entrepreneurial experiences such as hosting and producing programs, creating e-commerce sites, building beauty makeup brands, etc. with "Li Jing's" wit and humor. She also sincerely encouragedthe audience to fully understand their own advantages,carry out the entrepreneurial plan suitable for themselves, keep optimistic, and pursue rigidly, so as to realize self-value in the process of entrepreneurship.

In the following dialogue session, Zhou Zhijun - Vice Chairwoman of Beijing Women's Federation and Li Jing had exchange and discussionaround the topics such as the advantages and disadvantages of female entrepreneurship in the information age, women's excellent development of both family and career, etc. Zhou Zhijun introduced the work of Beijing Women's Federation in support of female entrepreneurship& employment, especially the work to inherit the Chinese traditional culture by building women's handicraft brand of "Beijing Smart Lady".
