On the afternoon of May 26, the 5th Session of "The Beauty of Entrepreneurship - Female Entrepreneurship Salon Series Activities" co-hosted by Beijing Women's International Center and Binggo Cafe was held successfully in the Zhongguancun Venture Street guided by Beijing Women's Federation.
Li Xuebai, founder of one of the "Top 101 Restaurants in Asia", told her stories. According to her, she used to be a college teacher and got involved in real estate marketing and media industry. After shifting for entrepreneurship, she opened an exotic restaurant in Beijing for cultural transmission, and introduced the famous American 4D leadership management training and consulting projects, where she combined her own interest with entrepreneurial projects, and achieved success in her career.
Li Xuebai also shared her experience about how she handled the relationship with partner, team, family, public sectors, customers and even the neighbors effectively during entrepreneurship with vivid stories. In addition to career success, Li Xuebai also has a harmonious international family. In her opinion, entrepreneurship is an arduous journey, and we have to invest a lot of time and effort and suffer many setbacks and difficulties; therefore, love and blessing from families are particularly important.
In the dialogue session, director of Beijing Women's International Center further shared and exchanged with the guests such topics as how to gain family support, learn to give, etc. for female entrepreneurs. The audience had heated discussion and interaction around problems such as how to face difficulties and realize business profit and ideal in entrepreneurship, etc.
