According to Zhang Xiaoyu, the event is specially set for the female entrepreneurs in beginning stage (1-3 years since startup), and the winner will get the rewards such as professional guidance from international consultant team, opportunity for media propaganda campaign, business start-up capital, etc. Yang Wen pointed out that innovation, sustainability and social influence are important factors to considerations of the judges.

Vander Sid, as partner of Chen Wenyi - a finalist this year, shared their green entrepreneurship journey. According to her, their household cleaning and personal care products are biodegradable as extracted from plants, thus avoiding the chemical components from polluting the natural water system when flowing through the sewerage system. Chen Chunhong, who enjoys the reputation of "water-saving goddess", is the first Chinese woman to be the champion of the event, and also the winner of the "March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetters" award in Shanghai. She told the audience about her entrepreneurship of combining environmental protection ideal and entrepreneurial dream and promoting the idea of "a-glass-of-water toilet".

In the following interactive sessions, the audience actively developed exchanges with the guests around confusions about the balance of public welfare and profitability of business, homogeneity of entrepreneurship projects, bidirectional incentives of career and family, etc.
