On the afternoon of November 4, 2015, the women entrepreneurs in capital attended the 9th Session of the Beauty of Entrepreneurship - Female Entrepreneurship Salon Series Activities is held successfully once again on Zhongguancun Venture Street, which was co-hosted by Beijing Women's International Center and Binggo Café of Tsing Ventures under the guidance of Beijing Women‘s Federation. While enormous opportunity for nation-wide entrepreneurship is brought by the current “Internet +”, the potential legal risks in entrepreneurship cannot be neglected. Therefore, two female lawyers, who have work experience for many years and have set up law firms in China and Canada, are invited for this salon, in order to share the legal problems that may be encountered by female entrepreneurs in the process of entrepreneurship, the corresponding solutions and other issues.
Liu Yan, the lawyer in Great Wall Law Firm, Beijing and the Principal of Yan Law Firm in Toronto, Canada, has been living and working in Beijing and Toronto, and has a profound understanding about the cultural differences at home and abroad, as well as the similarities and differences between the legal systems. As the guest speaker, she interpreted the form selection, design of equity, shareholders configuration, signing of foreign related contract and other aspects of legal problems for pioneering enterprise in combination with her professional knowledge, aiming at helping female entrepreneurs to properly cope with the difficulties in cooperative development of Chinese and overseas companies.
During interactive communication, Zhang Jiuli, the Partner of Great Wall Law Firm, Beijing, answered various questions proposed by the audience with Liu Yan from the legal knowledge of domestic and foreign entrepreneurship, domestic and foreign market development for newly-established firm, solution for work-family dual stress on female entrepreneurs and other aspects.
