During the upcoming Spring Festival, the program International Reunion Dinner in Beijing, a themed Cates Collection session organized especially for Spring Festival, is set to launch on Beijing Television with dinners held against various cultural backgrounds.

"My happiest moment is the reunion with my children and being able to cook them a feast," said Shane while cooking double cooked pork, a renowned dish in northeast China. He comes from the United States and currently lives in Beijing.

International Reunion Dinner in Beijing will be hosted to promote the 'Most Beautiful Families' campaign in the capital. International families from the United States, Russia, Canada and Egypt have accordingly been invited to speak of their own New Year traditions and happy festive moments.

On February 8, 2015 Beijing Women's Federation launched its 'Most Beautiful Family & Moment' campaign, covering major Chinese festivals and related themes.

As a center of international communication, Beijing is home to many diplomatic agencies, global organizations and transnational enterprises. Accordingly, more and more international families settle here. Beijing Women's Federation invited such families to take part in its campaign as a means to learn more about differing traditional cultures.

In 2015, the federation will continue its 'Most Beautiful Families' campaign by sharing the best moments of both Chinese and international families, enhancing Beijing's image as a city boasting sound family customs.
