On November 12-18, 2015, the “Innovation and Application of Floral Art Skills Program” involving Chinese and South Korean women was successfully held in Xicheng District. The trainees taking part in the event obtained South Korea’s intermediate certificate for flower arrangement issued by Korea Floral Art Composers Association and Korea-China Human Resources Developing Center as well as the professional certificate granted by Beijing Female Vocational Training School. The program highlighted inclusiveness, innovation and public good.
